  • Investigating Unexplained Mysteries: Mysteries of the Sky

    This course is the second in the series of courses entitled Investigating Unexplained Mysteries. This section deals with Unexplained Aerial Phenomena (UFOs). Among the topics covered will be: a short history of the phenomena with emphasis on the 20th century, the different types of phenomena reported, efforts by the US government to create a UAP database (Project Bluebook and others), speculation as to the origins of the phenomena, a look at some high profile abduction cases (Betty/Barney Hill and Travis Walton) and the relation between unexplained animal deaths and the UAP mystery.

  • Ghost Hunting 101

    A multiple session class on the art of investigating the “spirit world,” offered with sincerity, thoughtfulness and with a dash of humor thrown in. Class includes a Saturday daylight paranormal investigation! It is suggested but not required for students to have a digital camera and an audio recording device for the class. Instructor: Dan Hall

  • Investigating Unexplained Mysteries: Mysterious Creatures and Places

    Interested in the unexplained and the paranormal? Have we got a deal for you! This is a multi-quarter offering examining an array of paranormal topics. Fall Quarter will be devoted to the study of Mysterious Creatures and the Places they inhabit (Bigfoot, Mothman, the Loch Ness Monster and Dogmen and mystical places like the Skinwalker Ranch in northern Utah). Winter Quarter will be devoted to Mysteries of the Sky (all aspects of the UFO phenomenon). The Spring Quarter is devoted to mysteries of the Human Experience (Near Death Experiences, Spontaneous Human Combustion, Past Lives and Psychography). All classes meet weekly for six weeks. There is no pre-requisite to take any of the classes. All classes are stand-alone offerings. Class formats combine lectures, discussions and audio-visual presentations. Each class is facilitated by Dan Hall, paranormal researcher and instructor for Ghost Hunting 101.

  • Ghost Tour of Olympia
